1,900 seats: Are United having a laugh?!
By: Dan Clough | November 10th, 2007Rovers travel to United in good form.
We are only three quarters of an hour down the road.
Old Trafford holds 75,000(ish) people.
So why do we only get 1,900 tickets? Of which, incidentally, we have sold the lot!
It’s ludicrous that a Premiership match in such a huge stadium will have so few away fans. Their should be a rule to say that we get at least 3,000 seats for a game that, in footballing terms, is just down the road.
Alas, United have opted to fill their ground with the prawn butty brigade! Indeed, in this red rose derby there will be more cockneys and koreans than Lancastrians. How depressing.

I thought there was a rule stating that the home team must allocate a minimum percentage of seats to the away side?
I thought it was at least 5% (3,250 seats)
