Spurs v Rovers

By: Dan Clough | October 25th, 2007

tottenham-hotspur-fc.jpgKick off once again delayed until Sunday as Rovers try to win their fourth game in a row.

Spurs away has always been a tricky fixture for us, however, this season Tottenham have struggled and currently languish in 18th place.

Martin Jol’s job comes under more and more scrutiny each week and Sparky has been touted as his successor. The question remains, why would Hughes swap 6th for 18th?!

Spurs’ Didier Zokora has told Jol that he must win his next three games if he is to turn their season around and the Tottenham boss will be desperate to beat us in order to keep his job.

Luckily we have no fresh injury worries and are in good form, hopefully another couple of goals from the SAM (nearly SAS but not quite) and we should be quids in.

My prediction
3-2 to Rovers
