Bentley snubbed part 3

Bentley hasn’t even made the bench for England’s game in Russia. I’m starting to wonder, will he ever get a chance under McLaren?
It all reminds me of Chris Sutton in the 97/98 season. He was one of the best English strikers going at the time and Glenn Hoddle had a perfect opportunity to reunite the SAS of Sutton and Shearer for England. Sutton was called up for a ‘B’ team game against Norway and refused to play, his England career ended!
