I have to say I am a big fan of Chris Samba. He’s big, strong and dominant in the air. I’d have him for Pompey, but he’d have to start on the bench, you can’t break up one of the best central defensive partnerships in the Prem (Sol and Sylv).
But Dan, don’t get too excited about this! Do you remember Thierry Henry signing that four year deal at the end of the Champions League final. It was apparently his “last major contract”, his words not mine. What happens next? A year later he buggers of to Spain. A contract means nothing these days!

Ey. Don’t you get carried away! Nelsen and Samba beat your’s anyday! Haha! No bias honest! He’l be a Rover til retirement! Or until a big club realises how good he is and we get £15 million!
