Dunn Out….Again
By: Jim | September 19th, 2008
David Dunn has been ruled out of action for at least four months following the news that he picked up an Achilles injury in training. Rovers and Dunn are trying to nip this right away and opting for surgery now, as opposed to painkilling shots for a few weeks and then surgery, which really wouldn’t fix anything at all.
Injury prone Dunny has been great this term so far, and a great stability for us on the pitch. We here at the Blackburn Offside wish him the speediest of recoveries….cause we sure as hell need him back out there.

This is not good news, we really need some leadership and consistency..and thats what Dunny brought.

4 2 3 1 or a 4 5 1 could be needed. They have a decent midfield with Bullard, Gera & Davies so we need to stop that influence and give the defence a break. Ooijer has to be included if he has recovered in time, I would personally drop nelsen for him. Regardless of what you have been saying about Warnocks men, watching the game agin the first goal especially was nothing short of embarassing and a change is needed.
Robinson
Simpson Ooijer Samba Warnock
Reid Vogel Andrews
Emerton Villa
Roque
Whats people think of that?

This is most annoying, but what better reason needed now to get Villanueva in the team, Emerton on the right-wing and Reid can move to the centre.
