We need to either back Ince till the rest of season and believe he will turn it around. Listening to what that the players are saying they believe the set up is unproffsional and the experience isnt there. I think Ince can do it but needs to start getting points rather than performances as 6 of the next 7 are winnable games. On the other hand we can sack Ince and get somebody in, and have the honeymonn period new bosses enjoy to secure points on the board and maybe turn things around - huge gamble in my opinion! In any case if we dont put points on the board and climb out over the course of christmas and New Year then its goodbye to the the Prem for a while. I know people are will say we have no money but we might have to create some debt to buy in January. We have to bolster the squad for sure aswell as the injuries coming back.
