Reserves/Youth/Ladies: Lancashire Cup!!!!
By: Dan Clough |Rovers reserves are through to the second round of the Lancashire Senior Cup after battering Morecambe 5-1.
Two goals each from Keith Treacy and Raffaele De Vita and one from Maceo Rigters sealing a comfortable win.
Since the last update the ladies drew 1-1 at Liverpool and beat Bristol 2-1 at home in the cup.

A penalty settled the game, won and scored by Jamie Clarke. The win gives Rovers their first three points of the season.

By: Dan Clough |As I’ve fallen behind on the other Rovers teams, here’s a quick rundown of how they’re all doing.
The reserves have only one point from their first two games after a 0-0 draw with Wigan was followed by a 3-2 defeat at Wigan. Their next game is at home to Man Utd on Monday.
Youth/Ladies update

Playing Wigan at Ewood, neither team were able to break the deadlock and it finished 0-0.
Youth update
By: Dan Clough |Rovers Academy side was the only other team in action this weekend with the ladies home fixture with Everton postponed.
The youngsters suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat at Barnsley.
