Rovers nab Givet- Get in!

Signed on loan till the remainder of the season with option to buy. Lemme just post the important details from the press release on the official site:
The 27-year-old has signed on loan for the remainder of this season with the club having an option to purchase the defender.Givet, who is able to play at left-back or in the centre of defence, started his career with AS Monaco, spending ten seasons at the club from the principality before moving to Olympique Marseille in June 2007.
So, this could be great if he turns out to be fit and it really is just an issue of a fall out with the gaffer over at Olympique Marseille.

It’s nice to add some depth in defense… Givet is a much needed addition. Watching Ooijer try to act like a RB is painful at times and Simpson/ Olssen just aren’t quite ready. This is a good bit of business for the Blue and White Halves for sure.
